  • 1/3 cup(s) Grape Nuts Cereal
  • 1/4 cup(s) diced green apple
  • 1/4 cup(s) vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon


Add all ingredients in a pint size mason jar.

Secure lid and shake well.

Store in refrigerator overnight.
