Chicken Salad with Grape-Nuts and Cranberries

For 6 people


  • 1/4 cup(s) Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup(s) Low-fat Mayonaise, or to taste
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 4 cup(s) Cooked, Cubed Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup(s) Dried Cranberries
  • 2 Stcks of Celery, Diced
  • 1/2 cup(s) Grape Nuts Cereal
  • 1 Apple, Cored and Diced


In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, apple, mayonnaise, cranberries, Grape-Nuts, Greek yogurt, kosher salt, and a generous amount of pepper. Fold ingredients until well mixed. Chill the salad for a minimum of 1 hour to let flavors marry.
